What’s the Easy Source website returns policy?

Most items can be exchanged or refunded within 30 days of purchase. Review our Return Exclusions below for return exceptions.

Will my shipping costs be refunded?

If there was an error on our part relating to your order or the order was lost or damaged, we will issue a refund for the shipping costs as long as the return is compliant to our return instructions.

Do items need to be returned in the original packaging?

Items must be returned in the original packaging as delivered. We recommend you to keep the packaging for at least the first 90 days after receiving your purchase.

Return Exclusions:

            Items that have been damaged through use or abuse or false non-defective items: May not be returned.

            Neon Signs: All sales are final and all charges from sales are nonrefundable. Returns accepted for lost or damaged signs only.

            Toilet Seats: May be returned in unused and unopened condition only.

            Cigar Humidors: May be returned in unused and unopened condition. Opened items may be returned for exchange for item of equal or greater value. Defective items may be exchanged for same item or credit given towards exchange.

       



Returns Guidelines

You may return merchandise to Easy Source returns department through carrier with the option to receive an exchange or credit. You will receive a credit or exchange of the purchase if it meets our return criteria. Please review our full Returns Policy.

Refunds will be credited through original method of payment. For PayPal payments, refunds are handled through PayPal and may show up as a balance. Refunds for amounts over $250 may be refunded as check.

For returns we generally refund within 72 hours however under certain circumstances please allow 7-14 days of processing time.

Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of the return if it meets our return criteria.

You are responsible for the return shipping charges. If the return is a result of our error, a prepaid label or pickup may be issued.

If you received a wrong item: please contact Customer Service for help with your return.

If your item was lost or damaged: please contact Customer Service for instructions on return. Lost or damaged items are covered by carrier insurance. In order to complete the return or exchange we will initiate the claim with the carrier to locate the lost package or pickup the damaged item.

For lost packages, please check your invoice shipping address is correct and check around local vicinity or with neighbors. Lost package tracers may take up to 8 business days to complete.

For damages, please keep the original packaging and contents as delivered and contact Customer Service for assistance. Box the item back as it was originally delivered and tape the box up for transit. It is important to keep the box, packaging material and original shipping label for damaged items.The carrier will refuse damaged claims without these contents. We will not accept returns for refunds or exchange if the carrier refuses to accept the claim due to missing contents or packaging.
